I bought these for my post-partum journey and because we’re in the middle of a pandemic.Good for beginners.For advanced or some more resistance, double up the bands!

A week after...

I use some bands together to add resistance, I wish they would be longer.But in general lines so far so good.

Great for the price. It feels like it will not last too long, but perfect as of right now.
