Includes Many Concepts, Lots of Small Pieces
My 3-year-old son really enjoys the colored rings in this puzzle, he puts them on his fingers. I hope we haven't lost any of the pieces, there are LOTS! If I were to improve this product, I would label the wooden dowels (that hold the rings) with their corresponding number (the differing heights are sometimes hard to match up), or just glue them in place. I am always amazed at how many letters & numbers my son can correctly name when we play with this toy; it has a lot of educational info!

Love it!
We had a regular letter and shape montessori board, but this one blows it away! Has alphabet, shapes, numbers, and fish! My 3 year old loves it!

Great for toddlers
My 2 1/2 year old loves this product. She especially enjoys the fish, which have a magnet on the tip. It comes with a little “pole”/wooden rod with a string on one end that drops down to a magnet & allows you to “catch” the fish. The colors are bright and cheery. The puzzle has so many options for your toddler. The puzzle includes every letter of the alphabet, 11 shapes, numbers 1-10 as well as “=“, “+” and “-“ sign to practice adding and subtracting. In addition to all of that there are also the fish and pegs that hold little rings which are color coded and start at 1/one and go all the way to 10/ten. The pegs and rings allow you to learn to count. There are pictures under each of the letters, shapes & numbers. I should also mention that a small white pouch is included so that you may carry all of the letters, numbers, shapes, pegs, rings, fish and fishing pole in it to keep them from getting misplaced when the item is not being used. I cannot comment on the durability of this item just yet, because we’ve only had the product for a couple of hours. I would say that so far, the only downfall to this product is that the pegs are not very sturdy in their holes/slots and this causes them to wobble quite a bit & easily fall out of their spots if you’re not careful.

Random choice of images, wooden pegs wobbly.
At first glance, this product looks like what I expected. It is not the thickest, heaviest wood, but I don't think it needs to be for the intended use.The pegs that hold the round rings for counting, are simply set into place by the buyer. They will need to be glued into place. They fit loosely and little fingers will easily cause it to fall over. The slightest movement will cause the peg(s) to fall. (See pictures)I was also confused by the choice of image used under the numbers, shapes and alphabet. As you can see in the picture, it looks like they intended to mimic the shape of each number with the image underneath. I don't think it worked out so well.I assumed the images under the shapes would be in the same shape as the wooden piece. Nope. Some are but overall it is simply a random fruit theme. Odd.As for the alphabet, perhaps I am just used to "x" is for Xylophone. The animals beneath the letters do not all begin with the same letter as they are placed under. Looking specifically at the "X" as an example, the animal appears to be a sloth. They also include a unicorn for the "U" and a narwhal for the "N". The animals all make the same shape as the letter above, which seems to be the common theme. The rings used for counting are plastic, which is fine. They could include an extra of each, as I can see these easily getting lost. The only thing magnetic are the numbered fish along the top, and the magnetic pole used to grab them. I suppose that helps with motor skills, but serves no other purpose. The board could do away with the underwater scenery. I think there is enough color. It doesn't need anything "extra". Too much going on.I could not give this product 5 stars for a $15 credit.

Awesome product which makes learning fun
Colorful product which help kids learn multiple skills. ABC's, 123, shapes, colors along with counting with rings and coordination with fishing pole. Cant find any other compact product with these many options. I wound definitely recommend this.

Nice puzzle but much smaller than I expected. Tiny pieces.
Nicely made but very tiny pieces. Hard for a toddler to do this puzzle because of the pieces being so tiny

Misleading
The pictures make this toy look a lot bigger than what it is. The actual board is at least half the size shown in the pictures. Partly my own fault for not reading the dimensions but even so, the toy does not justify the price. The dowels do not stick to the board and are tiny as are many of the pieces which are a choking hazard. The letters and numbers are quite tiny and also a choking hazard as they easily fit in little ones mouth and also they are cut very poorly. I'm concerned to give this to my child even under supervision. I wouldn't expect to pay anymore than £13 for this as it's not made very well and is very small. If you are considering buying this because the pieces look chunky, please be aware that they are anything but. You'd not be able to leave your kid alone with this whilst you nipped to the toilet due to the tiny parts. Overall would not recommend this for a child under the age of 4 without strict supervision if your child is prone to putting things in their mouth and would not recommend paying full price for this at all.

Decent, but not perfect
To be honest I didn't have the best first impression of this, as the toy and all its bits came in a very underwhelming brown box which was also the outer packaging itself - that's to say, the packaging was not very giftable. Although having said that, perhaps I should be kinder and give them credit but not using excessive packaging and therefore being kinder to the environment.Anyway, on to the toy itself. There really is a lot going on and is interesting enough to keep my toddler child engaged. There's a lot of satisfaction to be had in being able to line up the numbers and alphabet in sequence, and in being able to name all the shapes as a child inserts each piece into its right place. The purpose of the fish, rings and rods wasn't obvious to me without referring back to the product pictures on Amazon. Those bits also constantly go missing in our house...Overall a decent product for pre-schoolers I think, although not perfect as the games part of it isn't clear. Also I need to find my own box to contain all the loose bits - and there are many!

Very good for numbers and letters learning
I bought it as a present for my sister and her son. He likes playing placing the letters and numbers back on their carved place in the board and it has worked because he is recognising and learning the alphabet. He was not so keen on the little fish things (which are a little hard to play with at his age) and which are lose and like an additional thing which is not necessarily part of the board. The only thing I didn’t like is that for the price (which wasnt cheap) is that it didn’t come with a large reusable bag to put the pieces in (which there are many and are destined to get lost).

I was very pleasantly surprised
I wasn't expecting this to be very good to be honest. It was just a little cheap pressie to add to what I already have for my cousins birthday. However, i am very impressed with this item. Looks just like the pic. Looks very sturdy, nice and bright and looks like it will actually last. You have to put the little dowls in for the hoops yourself but it looks simple to do. I haven't tried it out with it being a pressie. I just opened the box to check it was in one piece and all the bits were there. Think my little cousin is going to love it! Will even be buying one for my niece for xmas.

disappointed quality
I brought this for my son, disappointed with the quality or lack of, pegs for the rings dont stay stood up, pictures on back board hard to see and just doesnt feel like some other the other puzzles we have brought recently, feels cheap, had to remove pegs and hoops...plastic rings as they are just a nightmare!
