I bought this product in September 2018 and I have been using it for more than 3 months now and I use it almost everyday. It works really good, the blades are of good quality, nice & sharp and chops the veggies very fine. The blades have not bent even after using it so much. I wish the top was not made from plastic because the pull thread made a deep cut on the plastic top due to the pull motion. I guess the cut can be avoided if the thread is pulled at an angle. Now after 3 months of use, a small part of the bowl broke while using it and another piece is on the verge of breaking, so I had to repurchase it. It would have been better if the bowl was a bit more on the superior quality side. I don't think it's bad for the price. Overall the product is good, not bad at all!Update as on August 2020: The chopper bowl from my second purchase also broke. It broke from the bottom. It has come to my notice that this is happening if the bowl is filled upto ¾th of its capacity for chopping. So it seems that one can only fill ⅔rd of its capacity to be able to maintain the chopper bowl for longer duration.Update on the blade, I have been using the same blade from my first purchase. It's been almost 2 years now and the blade is perfectly fine. The pull string works properly. Just ensure to use the pull string at an angle to not cut the top since the build is of plastic.
