what are the height measurment range?

The highest level will be the height of a standard table. I use it as a corner to connect 2 tables and extend display space at craft show events. Hope this helped.

If you are sitting on the side of the table where the legs cross, do the crossing legs get in the way or are they uncomfortable?

If you have long thighs it might be in the way. The legs are set back from the edge of the table. I haven’t had a problem but I am 5’3”.
