These are paramedics EDC, they are made by Leatherman and are the business, (beware of those offering something like this very cheaply they may not be these) These cut ETTs quickly and neatly, the cylinder key useful and they fold and unfold quickly when needed, only problem, the Docs like them so they can buy thier own!!
