The media could not be loaded.  Tested it in the sink before taking it out on the water per the instructions and I’m glad I did. I had to make sure my phone was out of its case and lined up with the lever switch before it would work. It look a slight adjustment to align everything properly, but once I did it worked flawlessly! Great pictures and video underwater. An added bonus was using it in windy conditions with a much reduced wind noise which comes in handy on the water. All in all, very impressed for the price. The touchscreen is a big hard to maneuver however, but that was a warning from the company. I set my video/photo preference before jumping in and it worked great!

I used to have a waterproof camera but i lost it.After that I was looking for a good option to take photos and videos under water.On one vacation I got those vinyl envelopes, but I never felt secure with them.With this case, all the i problems are gone.It feels really safe, waterproof and easy to use.And it also work great if you want to take photos on placed that the phone might fall and break. Keeping it safe.I have an iphone xmax and it work great.I tried my son's phone(an iphone 7 plus) and it worked good as well.Most likely I will buy a couple more when we go on vacations

I love this phone case, and I will get many more fun water trips out of it! It did exactly what I bought it for. I will admit that I was scared to put my brand new iPhone 12 Pro in the ocean, but it held up perfectly! I specifically bought it for snorkeling in Hawaii. I was expecting horrible pictures, but they came out sharp and clear. The only downfall is that at times it was hard to see the screen due to the sun and water and the touch screen was a little difficult to use at times. This is the reason for four stars instead of five. I felt okay with this challenge just knowing my phone was completely safe. I felt so safe using this that I even allowed my 11 year old daughter to play with it in the pool.

I was afraid to put it in the water and ruin my brand new phone but it stayed completely dry. Photos came out great. You have to set up your camera appt before you put it in the case and the button was a little hard to press at first but worth the money !

bought this for my iPhone 13 Pro to take to Hawaii for some underwater photos. Its not going with as the shutter press mechanism, which in turn is supposed to press the volume up button to take the photo does line up with the volume up button. It actually hits between the volume on off switch and the volume up button. The phone was pushed as far is it would go in the case and its not close to hitting the button. I tried my wife's iPhone 12 and it somewhat worked, but I was only able to get it to take two photos before the phone had moved "up" in the case to the point where the mechanism couldn't press the button anymore. There is a spring loaded mechanism that pushes the top of the phone down to hold it in the case, but it doest appear this is strong enough to keep it held in place. This is a generic case they are trying to make work with many different phones, maybe it works better with other models but I would 100% not recommend for iPhone 13 and even 12 is questionable. I thought about glueing a small piece of plastic on the button press mechanism to try to make it work, but at the end of the day I don't want to mess with it. I see a lot of similar cases that look almost identical, im guessing they all work the same (probably come from the same factory). IMO if the case isn't made specifically for a certain model of phone its hard to have everything line up right. I can't speak to the waterproofing or underwater use as I didn't bother testing it since I knew it wasn't going on vacation with me. It basically has a button the outside of the case when press ed it tries to press your volume button to take the photo, so its a simple design and Im guessing it works fine as long as things line up and your phone doesn't move out of alignment after you get it in, but this isn't something you can mess with when you are underwater, so I personally wouldn't trust it.

Does not fit PIxel 6Pro.I gave it a try since models specified for phone accessories are usually based on the size & popularity of the device listed. But turns out, the limit is actually which side of your device the volume rocker (or other shutter trigger) switch happens to be.Since the listing doesn't say so, I'll spell out: left side, if the screen is facing you. It's also not providing a very firm push against the switch, so you'll need to be lined up just right.I don't know why the manufacturer doesn't mention that, nor show a shot of an actual phone inside the case.The case is very tough to open without the included pry tool or similar (don't use your nails or a credit card, will damage). It's also a tight fit, you'll have to remove the phone case that most of us have on our devices. It's a little tricky to get a large phone slotted into the case-- you don't want to do be doing it on rolling zodiac, do it before you get on the water.Other thoughts: Price fluctuates a lot. At its cheapest 20ish, it's a good value, and for that it would be 4*s *IF* if fits your device, that is.But it didn't work out for me and I couldn't tell before hand, hence 3*s.

Works perfectly. Used it on my Iphone12pro (which the description says it isn’t compatible). Took it snorkeling and swimming through caves and waterfalls and worked perfectly. The touch screen was picky but worked for what I needed out of water. Quality of photos is great. LOVE IT.

Best way to summarize is if you want this to take pictures and your phone is one then it works well. But if you need to click on the app or use fingerprint then it's trash.Pros:- Feels sturdy and well made- Waterproof- Button to take pictures is goodCons:- Touchscreen is essentially useless with this case. You will not be able to use your phone when it's in here.- Doesn't work with any cases so if you plan on using this then you have to remove any other cases you have on the phone.

Great case! Feels very secure and waterproof. I use it for sea dipping and allows for great pics and videos. Just a tad bulky
