I have been using it for about two years now. It is an excellent product because the vitamins are in bio available form which leads to them being readily absorbed by the body. Otherwise one is just making their urine expensive. This is the ONLY indian brand that I know of which makes bioavailable version of these vitamins and also their multivitamin is great.Update: I stopped taking this supplement mainly because I shifted to a Life Extension brand b complex which has much higher strength. The difference is quite evident. I sincerely wish that Trexgenics could come up with a higher strength product for those of us with MTHFR or general bcomplex deficiencies.

1, Silicon dioxide needs to be removed , yes its difficult to manufacture supplements without a flow agent but its very bad for the gut2. People like me take 3-4 pills of this supplement in the morning , so the added Vitamin C dose goes to very high amounts , the manufacturer needs to reduce it to 1/3rd of its present value per capsule3. Magnesium is a cofactor for absorption of B vitamins , so some magnesium glycinate in it would be helpful.

This Methylated B Complex & C is essential for every Asian (and every Indian, needless to say). The B complex is basis for so many bodily functions and most Indians are deficient and face health disorders due to it. Another factor is the it helps with the methylation which supports the MTHFR gene and its related gene group functions and supports metabolism and various bodily functions. Close your eyes and go for it. I would recommend this to any one looking for a good B complex.

I don't trust the brand that much (mainly cause I haven't heard of it before, and the unregulated nature of the Nutraceutical industry), but bought it nonetheless cause it's the only active B complex I could find, containing active B6, B9, & B12, with not much high dose.Would have preferred if the high dose vitamin C was eliminated. I just wanted the B vitamins. Taking vitamin C and vitamin B12 at the same time can reduce the amount of vitamin B12 that's absorbed.Will update again after consuming for a month.

While the recommended daily allowance (RDA) is met for most vitamins, it appears that B1 and B2 are not included, likely due to their abundant presence in various foods. The supplements are easily digestible with water and do not cause any discomfort. As a result, my energy levels have returned to normal, leading to increased vitality and productivity at work. There is no other brand on Amazon that offers a combination of the necessary vitamins according to the RDA along with vitamin C. Please continue to produce your outstanding products as you have been doing.

Formulation appears to be well designed but it does not suit me. I have been experiencing stomach discomfort since I started taking it. I'm not satisfied with this product.
