Every tile in the first box is scuffed.
I would hold any product this company ships as suspect because this is an issue of how their employees handle the products, not a damaged in transit issue. I ordered 7 boxes. As stated above every tile in thr first box was scuffed. Two in the second were broken. I stopped counting how many had scuff marks or were scratched but it's likely 60 percent of the order. This isn't a premium tile per se but it isn't cheap either. I expect better.
