I drive a 2023 Acura with the 2.0 Turbo engine. At my 55,000 mile oil change, I drained out 6 qts of the 5 I put in. Thant's not good! I totally ignore OEM change intervals and change oil and filter every 5,000 miles with fully synthethic, I want this thing to last a looong while! I sent the oil sample for testing and sure enough, fuel dilution... Reading up, one of the suggestions was to add a fuel additive to help clean gunk around the rings so they can seal properly at lower operating tempratures. Enter Chevron Techron... We use it on about every other tank of fuel. Next oil change I did at 3,000 miles to minmize the amount of time using gasoline for engine lubricant and I drained out a little over what I put in. Like, barely over. Todays oil change was at 4,000 miles and I had zero dilution! Drained out a little less than the 5qts I put in! I call that a win! I expect a little oil consumption from a turbo engine being driven like I stole it on a daily basis and that's exactly what I saw! Nothing else different except for the Techron!

Have been using this product for years. Dissolves carbon and cleans fuel injectors. I know this because after about 100 miles of adding this to my tank a piece of carbon wedged itself between the gap in two of my spark plugs. Truck began to run very rough so i R&R'd all my plugs and found the carbon in 2 plugs. Also use it in a motorized bike and 2 outboard motors. I think its better than Seafoam for automobiles. Just my opinion.

i have a 2020 kia optima with around 130,000 miles on it and i swear by this. every time after an oil change and every x amount of miles and my gas mileage goes from 26mpg to 34. the price is good. is extremely easy to use. and i swear it works

It works good. Great for fuel system maintenance every 15k. Excellent for older BMW’s.
