Good! BUT only for TALL people
The level of the resistance is very good. However for an overage female hight I would say this product doesn’t fit well. You need to be very tall to be able to perform the full range of an exercise (such as squat) without losing the tension in the bands. You will also find it very hard to do upper body exercises if you’re not super tall. My hight is 5.4’ / 163cm. Most of the females that I train struggle to find the right adjustments to their hight with this equipment. If you’re much taller then me - go head, this is great!
