There's a big error in the pattern discovered upon rolling it out . I have a white line completely across the width that's void of any rug material. I'm so disappointed in what would otherise have been a decent rug. You just can't be sending damaged goods out like this rug, they couldn't have missed it it's too obvious. Can't use it like this because it's too easy to spot. Won't ask for a refund but now I know who not to buy my rugs from

The rug is extremely thin and of poor quality. Many budget warehouse style shops found on many shopping parks sell rugs of this quality for a quarter of the price.Wanted to return item for a full refund but the seller insisted that I had to pay for postage return. Thankfully Amazon gave assistance on this matter.

This carpet runner is very thin and does not have enough body or any backing to make it lay flat, so the result is a series of wrinkles throughout its length, which become trip hazards when walked upon. The runner has been down now for a couple of weeks and no sign of it improving, so the next step is to use double sided carpet tape to secure flat, but I think it will still in time start to wrinkle again, very disappointed.

Very good rug just what we was looking for good value for money didn’t want a thick rug for the kitchen not too soft would purchase again

Well I’m not sure what to think about the product if I’m honest , as I’m afraid to use it now as the suppler said it was faulty when I tried to order a second one , so don’t know what to say

Great looking carpet. Colours are true to photos on site. Edges are good and look to be hard wearing. Very slippery on laminate flooring you will need a none slip pad underneath. A little bit thinner than I was expecting but not really a problem.All in good buy very happy.

The colours and patterns and the quality of the rugs themselves were as expected for the price. We bought two of them in order to create and L shape around a corner in the kitchen from the sinks around to the cooker. Unfortunately they are not cut squarely and so there is a gap when you position the side of one up against the end of the other, so we have had to put them slightly overlapping which creates a trip potential, but generally they look nice and if you only bought one you would not notice. Thought about sending them back but decided to keep them in the end.

Slightly different pattern from advertised but very nice. More like a runner than a doormat, so using as kitchen mat
