I ordered this bag and forgot to send my personalization. I received the item with a note to say they had tried to contact me and that if I still wanted to have it personalised I could send it back. They even provided me with a prepaid parcel bag. I sent it back with my details and an apology and was so pleased when it came back a second time with my son’s name on it. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Can’t recommend the bag or the supplier enough. Thankyou!
