When you switch from shower head to hand held mode, does the water stop coming from the shower head and comes only from the hand held?

When you turn the valve to switch from shower head to hand held the water will transition from one to the other as the valve is turned. If you turn it completely one way or the other the water will be turned off from either the shower head or the hand held. If the valve is only turned half way then you will get water from both (but at a lower pressure.) By the way, we really like this unit. It's easy to install, no leaks and is very well made. The shower head is really nice.

How do I option a missing part? I received 2 shower regulators but no shower head mount.

Is there a way to get a replacement wall holder for the wand? Mine broke after only a few weeks of light use

Mine did the same thing. I order this one: Bopai Vacuum Suction Cup Shower Head Holder,Adjustable 20 Degrees From the Wall to replace it.
