The nonstick frying pans perform very well. Fried eggs slide right off when done. Heating is uniform on the pan's cooking surface. Cleanup is very easy.

Food cooks very cleanly and does not stick to pan (at medium-low temperatures that are good for non-stick pans). Ceramic coating on rim of pan is fragile and easily damaged exposing the aluminum underneath. However, this is solely cosmetic, since you don't cook with the rim of the pan.

As advertised, eggs don't stick. Haven't found anything else tat sticks either.

Pans purchased in March 2022 and used routinely for about 9 months. Although, the Green Pan products are not inexpensive, they are very attractive and work extremely well for both cooking and cleaning purposes. However, the reason I am not rating them more highly is durability. Although I have been extremely careful to use only rubber spatulas when cooking with these pans, and never to use a cooking spray, but they are already exhibiting several small chipping spots where the white enamel seems to have disintegrated. I was considering contacting Green Pan about this issue, given the pan's 2 yr warranties...but I see from another review on Amazon that they have not been helpful with respect to this issue. Thus I would likely not buy this product again.

I've been trying out non-stick coatings since the 1960s and have never been very impressed; until now. The coatings are slick when new and with a month or two they deteriorate or scratch. I've always used plastic or wood utensils and kept temperatures low enough to prevent burning the coat. Basically babying the pans without success.I've been using two GreenPan units daily for 8 months now and I am impressed with the durability of the finish. So far no scratches....BUTThe surface needs cleaning often by boiling water and then wiping with a Magic Eraser. it's easy and quick but the instruction this is not needed very often, I don't agree.My electric stove heats inconsistently, the pans follow the hot spots and don't distribute the heat very well.The instructions suggest that the non-stick surface should be used dry, well most things WILL stick. A brief spritz of Pam makes food slip around the pan just like the commercials depict.The surface is showing slight (and I mean slight) signs of discoloration, I'm hoping this has no effect. Time will tell.So summing up, is the finish is far more durable than anything I have used. It is slick if you use a tiny bit of cooking spray but not when dry, and heat transfer is spotty. I gave it 5 stars because durability means a lot and this is the best I've seen in the entire history of non-stick coatings. If it wears out tomorrow, I'd buy again.Update May 20 2023. I've been using these pans daily for about a year and there is no sign of deterioration of the non stick finish. The outside finish has gotten the usual stains and burn marks from the stove, but I consider those to be battle scars. It's the non-stick finish that matters and there is no sign of scratches, discoloration or worn finish. I am truly surprised and amazed at the performance of these pans.

I bought a pair of these pans based on the stellar reviews on Amazon. After using them, however, I'm wondering if those reviews were (no pun intended) "cooked." The very first batch of eggs I cooked in one of these pans stuck to it like glue, despite the fact that I had put oil in the pan before cooking with it. No amount of hot water, dish soap or scrubbing could get it off, and I ended up having to boil vinegar in the pan and use a special sponge to [slowly] get most of it off. Next I made pancakes, again using oil, and the oil ended up leaving a burned section (on medium heat, no less) which (surprise!) wouldn't come off using the usual means. I'd recommend avoiding these pans like the plague. Wish I could get a refund.

My favorite pans to use - easy to clean and super nonstick

I love these "ladylike"/cool bluish pink Greenpan fryer pans with wonderful non-stick "healthy" coating. I feel like the smaller frying pan with it's pretty long and stylish gold tone handle can be laid right on the serving table for certain occaisions.

These pans are the best I’ve used, for even heat and great results. After several uses, due to ease of cleaning,they still look like new. I love these beautiful pans and will not ever use anything else. The pretty pastel colour isa bonus.

The non-stick surface does not disappoint! Everything fires up beautifully BUT the edges do chip if you use a lid or stack them. Ŧhey can't take the same abuse that stainless steel can withstand. So if you're a really kindda tuff guy, like it kindda ruff guy ... don't buy these. These are for the OCD nerd that puts felt pads in between their pots to store them.

I specifically bought this frying pan because of its high rating by consumer reports, especially that it is PFSA free. The frying pan is very light, it cleans very easily, and I am always searching for products that are PFSA free . I wish all nonstick products would specifically be labelled As to having PFA type of products or not.
