I went to primary care drs, walk in clinics, the best dermatologist in town, the best allergist in town, had biopsies, creams, shots, daily allergy meds, changed everything to fragrance free and hypo allergenic, keep the house dust free, moved the dogs outside, all furniture is dust covered or non upholstered, all kinds of tests .. drs found NOTHING .. despite having an itchy ugly rash for over year, nothing made it go away ..So I bought this bc it has specific ingredients including pau d arco, wormwood, black walnut, cloves, garlic .. which all have a variety of anti parasitic, anti fungal and anti bacterial properties that have been used for hundreds of years across the globe.The doctors couldn't find anything wrong except an elevated allergy level on a blood test, but unlike allergy meds, this stuff works like a dream.I took it 2 capsules 2-3 times daily for about 10 days, took a few days off and now I take two at bedtime. I bought this twice, back to back, took it exactly as directed and it didn't work. INSTEAD, Go to an Ayurvedic Practitioner, spend a few bucks on herbal tea, it works. BUT DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT, ITS A WASTE OF MONEY.

I started off gradually taking 2 per day and increased it until I got to 6 per day as the bottle suggests. By the second week, my bowels become regular, and I noticed some of my skin and acne clearing up too!
