25 PC 2mm Brass Rods - 5/64" Diameter, 12" Length Lathe Bar

This cleaned my barrel slick as a whistle.

I've purchased these 3 times and they are malleable unlike some others that might cost less. Some of the others snapped when bent. These didn't. I didn't need to heat them up. If you need to use and bend 1/8" diameter rods, you will be happy with these.

I do not recall the material specifics. They were not essential for my project. With that said, the Rods we're perfectly straight and the correct diameter. I would buy again. I needed a specific size and material to make unique dowel pins. These worked perfectly and polished very well, adding simple yet elegant accents to my project.

These are solid brass, and a great price. But they are slightly larger in diameter by a millimeter or so (7/64") so I can't use them for my intended project. I was going to return them, but then realized I can use them for another project. Just be forewarned that if you need exactly 3/32", these are not your rods.

Having some problems with "squibs"? Yeah.....I use them to tap out stuck bullets from the barrels of my firearm(s). YES....it happens.

Sizing diameter in inches which is getting harder to fne.

It is not brass. It is a cheap zinc alloy (may be pot metal) with yellow chromate coating. It fractures when bent, exposing whitish gray surface. It is fake. Never buy it.
