I'm pre-diabetic, I use Ge100 monitor and was measuring 140s a couple of weeks ago. Many years ago when I had an ulcer my chiropractor suggested okra tablets 15 minutes before I ate. Wow, what a difference. I was borderline diabetic and i found this production that had great review. I have been taking it since then and my blood sugar was now normal and i could eat my sin food again :) I would recommend this item but ask your doctor esp if you are taking medication.
