I use one in my drink the night before a long run and I think they work? I usually buy Nuun but the taste of them is not great. Tried these out and they go down way easier and seem to hydrate!

Perfect for travel I have used them often this summer and I keep them in my purse, I do not like sports drinks and this is perfect because I like the taste.

Anyone who works out in beast mode like I do in a hot and humid place like Miami where I live understands being dehydrated after crushing a workout. Sometimes plain water just doesn't do it. These perfect packets contain an electrolyte powder that really quenched my thirst. I will say that lemon/lime is not my flavor of choice so I will order a different flavor next time, but the product itself is now a gym bag staple for me.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve bought these a few times and love them. Always take them on vacation. Great flavor and very effective. I will continue to buy these but this last pack i bought was supposed to be a 36 count but it only came with 20. I reached out to the seller to let them know and they refunded my purchase. Very good customer service.

Feeling dehydrated? This will help you feel better. I use this especially when someone in my house is sick. Great for hydration.

These are nothing like liquidiv, they are very bitter and tart. Also taste like chemicals. Do not recommend.

Good way to hydrate post workout without the sugar. Natural taste, just enough flavor.
