Great product - worth a buy!!
Great product - easy to wire, easily concealable in the fan cup, works well for past few days ... Very happy!! Manufacturer could have given more control for speed instead of just HI/ MED/ LOW. Also, the HI/ ON buttons on RCU could have been separate as whenever put ON, the fan starts at HI!!

I was looking for a ceiling fan remote for my old fans.My kids don't put sheet while sleeping and the fan high speed throughout the night, makes them ill,While sleeping, it's easy for them to change the fan speed using a remote.I also used it with Duluck-RM mini3, it works well with OK-Google and Alexa.It's convenient. This is a good product.

Not working
I bought this product in Sept 2020.Easy installation.Was working well for a yearNow the product is dead.I have to get up and swith off the fan.It is installed in my bedroom and is handled only by me.What a waste of money !!!!!

Liked the most about online one year warranty
Fixed it today working satisfactory.....It's just first day...let's c how it works.Liked the most about online warranty just have to fill the details on duluck website which is provided inside the box and get one year warranty.Writing this after 3 years of use.It was good product....after 3 years of use fan started knocking sound inside....I doubted on fan bearings renewed the bearings still have that knocking sound....Hence changed the fan with normal regulator.So the problem is with this remote regulator only.Now this product is not available anymore.

Make sure..
It's not compatible or ready to connect with RM mini as described, reason the power on and high speed same while power off is a different key.. Which canot learn as power on and off. I have had wasted money for both. I should rather use eWlink instead atleast work as on off.

Works like a charm
Juat received the product today and installed.. Installation was very easy and it worked flawlessly..all the functions are working perfectly fine.Hope it is durable so will have to check for durability
