Excellent guidance from the seller about what charger I should be buying to replace my failed charger.Works perfectly.One minor thing to note for those of you who like to have the transformer on the floor or have limited desk space - the cable length from transformer to the jack that goes into the pc is around two and a half feet, so it really has to go on your desk or table. A longer length here would give the option of putting the transformer on the floor or the desk. In use, that's not a problem as there is sufficient length on the cable between the plud and transformer.As I say, a very minor thing. All in all I'd buy from this company again (they offer a 2 year warranty and appear eager to please and support) and, having used the charger for a around a month, I can say the goods certainly work fine. I initially purchased this charger and it was faulty, with the wires being exposed near the prongs which is dangerous. However, the seller swiftly offered me a refund and a replacement charger, which is much better quality and works perfectly. Only downside is the charger is a little loose when plugged into the laptop, but other than that no complaints. Fantastic customer service from the seller.
