It's a major hassle to put these on the cat-superglue my fingers to his fur, and then he spends all of his time trying to pull them off (he's very successful at this, given a few days) yes, he can't ruin the furniture, but the double-sided cat scratch tape works much better, and my cat doesn't hate me for a day after putting these on him!

I was surprised at how easily they went on. One nail fell off after 2 weeks and another a few days later. However, that could've been from me not putting enough glue inside or my kitten pulling it off. Before Soft Claws, I was locking my kitten in a room so she wouldn't ruin all of my furniture. Now, when she tries to scratch the furniture it doesn't get damaged and she can still fullfill her feel for scratching. I would highly recommend them. I would also suggest treats and another person to help you put them on. My kitten happened to be very cooperative Perhaps a little whipped cream or tuna on someone's fingers for your cat to lick while you apply the Soft Claws would help.

Just do it, i have a new leather couch and decided to go ahead and give these a shot. They dont bother my cat at all and they allow her to do everything as ussual with herself minus scratching up my furniture!!!! It comes with more glue and more application tips than the cheaper 100 cap ones and it also claims to have some sort of grip system. They stick immediantly so no need to hold your cat down for them to dry after you put them on! be aware you are supposed to clip there nails before ;putting on but i am not sure how important it is. I know that your local vets will help you put these on to if you are not confident doing it yourself

Initially seemed ok, not hard to apply. But our kitten lost (or pulled off) the first one within a week and by week 3 or so all except for one had come off. One safety issue, is that on the first night we applied them, our kitten was playing with a box made with a mesh-type fabric, and his paw got caught between the small gap behind the nail cap and his nail bed. He started meowing in pain, we found him all twisted in the fabric and had to help him get loose. Glad we were home. Not buying again and overall would not recommend.

These are adorable! You definitely have to watch out not to get any of the glue on your fingers (like me haha) because it really sticks quickly and effectively. They slide on pretty easy as long as the cat doesn't move too much. She hardly even notices them, especially after distracting her a few minutes afterwards. Hoping they will stay on for awhile but so far they look so cute on her! :)

These fit my 6 lb kitten very well. She wasn't too keen on me putting them on her for the first time, and it was a bit of a challenge figuring out exactly how much glue was needed. I put two nails on slightly crooked (they didn't go down onto the nail all the way) and they fell off within a week, but I replaced them and have had no problems since. The silver is awesome - I am not a fan of the neon colors I have seen before and wanted something a little more subtle, but still cute.Easy to install once you get the hang of the process.

They help the furniture and curtains tremendously. They could use a bit of improvement on how long they last on the cat.

2 kittens 6 months old. Did everything as instructed. 8 caps on the front claws on each kitten. Most of them fell off in a week!
