Ripped my skin off
It ripped the skin on the back of my leg off during removal. If you were supposed to wet to remove I was unaware but Jesus it hurt

Great for healing tattoos!
I got this for some new tattoos I got. I had to travel soon after, and didn't want them to get dirty/infected and this worked great!

Helpful
I’ve now used this dressing a few times with multiple tattoos and I’m a fan. This film has been the easiest to apply & take off compared to a few others I’ve tried. I typically leave it on for a few days and definitely enjoy the fact that having the dressing on means I don’t get ink all over my clothes or sheets

This comes in a rather small package.
I expected this to be a tad bit bigger, however it does work as intended

Best ive ever used
I have had a lot of tattoos. My last is a snake forearm wrap from elbow to fingers so I have to cut into small straps so its not encasing entire arm. This was the only 1 outta 4 different brands that continued to stick and didn't pull of skin and ink. Most peeled of in hours this made it 2 days before I intentionally took off to apply moisturizer

Don't use! Listen to everyone saying it causes a reaction!
The first time I used it it was the third day of my new tattoo and I only used it for a couple hours before taking it off. I had no issues. The second time I used it was on the 6th day and I put it on in the evening and left it on till the morning. Taking it off this time hurt more than it did the first time and it did rip off some scabbing and caused areas along my tattoo to bleed. Later in the day I noticed a rash breaking out in the exact areas where the adhesive was. I have tiny little dots running along my tattoo. The rest of my skin outside of the tattoo was red and blotchy. The healing process for this tattoo was already uncomfortable and the rash is making it even worse even though it's been a week and I should be past the most uncomfortable part of the healing process. Now I have to deal with a painful rash and based on other people's reviews it can last up to 2 weeks. Now I have to worry about it being infected and not healing correctly since the adhesive ripped my skin. Seriously don't buy this stuff. I just got a new tattoo where my artist provided me actual saniderm and I've had it on for 24 hours without any issues. It's not worth it, you're better off just letting it heal the old school way than using this stuff.

Read the reviews, contains latex
I bought this in a panic when my Saniderm that my artist had applied started coming off while I was at work later that day. I saw the 4.5 star rating and that it would arrive within a few hours so I bought it to replace my current bandage. I just got a sternum tattoo and have been on a busy work weekend and wanted to keep my tattoo safe and clean. The product arrived at 8am the next morning and I immediately got up to shower, clean my tattoo & apply the new dressing. It is definitely stickier than the one my artist used, which I was kinda nervous about but also happy because it didn't budge, even through a couple sweaty bar shifts.Fast forward to 2 nights later, I decided to go read some of the reviews... yikes! Soo many negative reactions and some even say it peeled their tattoo off. I've had this thing on for almost 48 hrs and decided I should remove it now, out of fear I'm going to get some weird rash or that my tattoo is gonna lift off with the removal process (crying face)I gently massaged warm soapy water all over the area and was able to gently remove the bandage. Some plasma & ink came with it as expected, but my tattoo is still there, thank God!I do notice a mark on my skin where the entire bandage covered, just like when you take off a band aid. AND my tattoo appears to be scabbing in places-- which is weird because I thought the whole point of these things is to avoid scabbing. It definitely dried my tattoo out instead of kept in moisture. I think I should have applied a little ointment under this wrap before applying it. I can see where this could really mess up a tattoo if it was full on scabbing/peeling under here, and the wearer removed the bandage at the perfectly wrong time, it's soo sticky that I do see how some of the ink could get drawn out. So sorry for anyone who this has happened to. Anyways, when I bought this I also bought hustle butter which had raving reviews, so I've applied a thin layer of that after getting this thing off me & cleansing and overall I feel less panicked then I did reading these reviews. When the bandage was on me, it felt really uncomfortable in my cleavage area (my peice ends there) and that is the only area that is really concerning me. I have a couple itchy, tiny bumps where the bandage ended and that is the part of my tattoo that appears to be scabbing/peeling a little. I'm going to keep my eye on it and keep with my salve/ointment and washing and hope, pray, believe, in the best.. To conclude: I would not recommend this product. I bought it in a panic and then took it off in more of a panic. Better to go old school traditional route/no bandage at all then be terrified your new art is simply going to dissappear 😅 also dont use if you have a latex allergy! It contains latex and that's my guess as to why so many people had super terrible reactions.Go for the name brand stuff instead if you want a bandage! Don't buy this out of convenience like I did. Not worth the stress. Will come back to update in a few days

Once good, second BAD!
I had ordered one of these rolls since for me this type of bandage for tattoos is a game changer. Working construction, this type of bandage protects my new tattoos from dust & dirt that is common on job sites. Plus, wear if for 4-5 days & the tattoos is basically healed.Usually my old artist would use Saniderm & it always went well. My new guy doesn’t use saniderm. This product is similar, so I gave it a try. The 1st tattoo I used this on went well, but I developed kinda of a rash after a few days along one of the edges. No big deal I thought.I purchased a second roll for other tattoos & that one did not go so well….after only 2 or 3 days I developed not really a rash, but what looked like blisters along one of the edges. See the attached photo. Up close it looked like a burn. I had to remove it late the third day. I always remove these while in the shower with plenty of soap & water, but this time there was a moment where I thought it wasn’t going to come off!! Dead smack in the middle of my large new tattoo this thing was stuck on there!’ I mean REALLY stuck!! To the point where I was thinking that it was going to take some skin with it!! After a while & some very hard tugging I was finally able to remove it, leaving the area very red & painful. Once removed it left a lot of adhesive behind. My tattoo was a sticky mess. I had to rub really hard with baby oil to remove some (not all) of the adhesive left behind. On a 3 day old tattoo in a sensitive area, that was pretty painful. The line of blisters that the edge had caused remained & I now have a very visible scar, so that sucks.I don’t know if they changed the adhesive they use or what, but I’m not buying this again. Do yourself a favor & save yourself pain & discomfort & order genuine Saniderm.
