ASD Typing: A Program to Build Language Through Typing

We bought this a couple of years ago and my child wasn't ready. We picked it up again in August and whizzed right through. It was just what my non-verbal son needed to learn the location of the keys on the keyboard as a prequisite to the online ASD Reading program. It slowly teaches the child one row of letters at a time on the key board and includes the space bar, period and comma. This teaches the locations through the hunt-and-peck method of keyboarding, but that is all that is required for ASD Reading. This is a good program and easy to implement. I highly recommend as a low-tech and low-stress method for learning where the letters are on the QWERTY keyboard.
