1st burner not working after 1months

Worked fine on the first day. After a day or two the gas started backfiring whenever we were closing the knob of the gas. Very dangerous. Called technician from Butterfly however he was no good. Couldn’t wxplain what this was happening and all he did was took out the knob and added a drop of oil and put it back. The issue still remains and the burner still backfired dangerously while switching it off. Not sure what to do. Now the return date has also passed. Please help!!! I am saddened and disappointed with the product from Amazon this time around. Please try and fix it 🙏

It's too low quality product and I got damage peace am very disappointed with Amazon and product quality also not good..

On the first day within 24 hours while using the stove the glass top blasted like bomb , fortunately no one got injured. See the attached pictures. Are you guys tested it properly or you want to play with the life of the consumers.Lost interest on online products itself. How should we manage until it got replaced, its corona virus time, do we have to eat outside in this dangerous time. Pathetic.

This product is not auto ignition to start with, as is stated in the first answer. And mine is not even igniting . If I put the flame low it flames a little and the moment I try to increase the flame the fire goes off.

Worst product we purchased from butterfly, they was leakage from one of the knob , then the knob broke in hardly few months, and the middle small burner is blackening inspite of replacement from butterfly worst quality. This isn't brass burner for sure. In spite of several complaints they is no response from the customer service. Bad customer care service. Don't buy products from butterfly. Useless company

We have ordered 2 pieces of 2burner butterfly gas stoves at the same time... But the result was different. One is good and excellent work but at the other one was very worst and so many complaints. We had returned the complaint one and the 2nd time we choose elica 3 burner gas stove... Compared to butterfly recommended for 2 burner. Elica for 3burner....

Today I received this product. We itself did all the installation and we found the product is not standing property. We thought of returning. Later we saw the bend in the stand (out of 4stand 1was bended) we adjusted the bend using screw driver. Later it stands well on the floor. Rest all good. Have to check the durability later.. Let's c
