This sauce is beautiful - delicious and high quality!The tomato concentrated flavour and texture is perfect, no chewy chunks or skin, and a nice balance of olive oil and basil. Even the kids love it. Useful for pasta on its own, as a pizza topping, or as a base to add other ingredients.We think it's well worth the extra - although it is usually found on offer somewhere 👍

Perfect staple; delicious with pasta on its own

Having read other 1 star reviews, I see I am not alone in receiving damaged jars, with 2 of them having leaked from the lid and with a build up of mould. Not what you expect when purchasing a food product. Very disappointing and no obvious way to complain or ask for replacements.

Taste was pretty decent. The sauce was quite thin. Only paid £3 for a 6 pack so definitely worth the value. The versatility was nice too.

Mutti products can be a bit expensive compared to all the cheaper sauce options out there but it is totally worth it if you can afford it. The taste reminds me of sweet, juicy Italian tomatoes, and there is no artificial ingredients in any of the products, so it feels good using them. For this one specifically, I think I was expecting a bit more basil in there, but my pasta sauce still turned out pretty good.

Great thickness and superior ingredient list. Great for when u r time poor. Would buy again when on offer. The jars are hexagonal design and lovely to keep to store homemade jams/chutneys too!

I had high expectations from this product and it’s claims and it didn’t disappoint. It was very tasty and easy to use. I added it to spaghetti, It was very very tasty indeed and great quality product. It has a very soothing taste of basil with the kick of Tomatoes. It was fresh, No added taste enhancers. I would highly recommend this product. Excellent value for money. Italy in a jar.

I've generally found Mutti to be a quality producer & this pasta sauce is no exception. It's good & thick and benefits from having a selection of vegetables included in the mix. Used it as the sauce for a pasta bake, topped with a mixtures of grated mozzarella and parmesan. Didn't need anything extra to boost the flavour, so excellent quick option to have in the kitchen when time is tight! Will buy again 👍

I love cooking and this Tomato Sauce with PARMIGIANO REGGIANO enhances the taste of my food. The combination of Cheese and Tomato in the Sauce gives a very rich taste to the dish. The quality of the product is too good at this price It can be used with any kind of food but I would recommend to use this in Italian dishes. This jar can serve 4 people with smaller portions. Worth every penny. These jars look very cute and be reused.

Buyers should be aware that items sent are of extremely short expiry. I got the sauce delivered on 16th April, and it was expiring on 1st May.
