I've spent lots on expensive orthotic shoes, but time and time again, they don't last. Skechers has the extra wide width I need and the deep toe box I need as well. They are a ⅓ of the cost and last 2-3x longer. They look better; a bonus. My feet are very flat, fallen arches, 3-4x width at the toes. Suffer from pain daily, ingrown toenails, and neuropathy. These shoes help relieve much of this discomfort simply by fitting properly.Buying on Amazon is an added bonus because you can usually find better deals, yet they are the same shoes you get directly from Skechers site or store.

The shoes look great and feel fantastic, according to my Pop's. I actually ordered them for myself, size 12 X Wide, which is shoukd be a 12 4E. They were too tight / snug for me to wear. Pop's, wears a 12 3E and they fit him perfect. If you have a very wide foot, 4E & up, I suggest ordering the next size width. Pop's is extremely picky, about clothing & shoes. If they passed his test, your good to go. Make sure you use the sizing guide and big wide feet, need to go up an extra Width. Length was fine. I plan on recording a pair, next week in a 12 XX Wide, 5/6 E. GOD Bless... Dave. 😁👍

Being on my feet 12-14hrs a day is a lot easier with good shoes. It is amazing how wearing good shoes helps not only the feet, but knees, hips and back too. Sometimes shoes can feel comfortable on the feet all day, but after a few hours if the feet are still basically comfortable but your knees and back start hurting, rethink the shoes. This particular sneaker wears evenly and does not have that slight pitch forward like so many soles do. That slight forward pitch forces my body to make subtle adjustments in my posture to compensate, in turn making my knees, hips and back ache as the day wears on. Amazons try before you buy is a blessing, but I got lucky with this pair of shoes on my first try. Perfect fit, great feel, fantastic wearability.

I am surprised by the tenacity of this shoes. they are so rigid, so flexible and long lasting. I have been using these shoes for a year now and still never disappoint even once. I highly recommend it to someone who is looking for a better quality of shoes. The only drawback is that they're not water proof.

I'm a senior, and in my younger years I was hit by a drunk on the highway... causing a great deal of damage to my left foot (broken toes, total loss of skin on top and nephropathy). As I've aged, I find that this design is as comfortable, if not more comfortable, than specialized shoes prescribed by my doctor.Only one thing to be a little aware of. We like to hike, and the broad based and tapered sole of the shoe are great in reducing an ankle twists, but I have wedged the tapered sole a couple of times between two narrow spaces. Just beware if you you are hiking on other surfaces than flat, like through a lava bed trail...

These shoes have almost always been great for me. I'm a bigger guy with wide feet, so very few shoes are both durable and comfortable as I'm on my feet a lot.So, my only real issue with these is the insole. Memory foam feels great and all, but it's not durable for long term wear. In only a couple months there were big holes in the fabric and foam at the balls of my feet. These insoles are not removable, (glued in), so not as easy to replace as I'd like. Beyond this, still a good and solid shoe.

I have got these work shoes the last 5 years. They hold up well. Last about 18 months. Then my small toes go through the side. But I add ergo pads, so I'm putting pressure were it's not designed. Love them though!

Rather than pop up reviews straight away, I think it's more useful to actually _use_ a product for a time. In this case, I owned and used these shoes for about 1 year by the time to sole was showing signs of wearing through. Attached to this review are pictures comparing the new (left/top) to the old so you can see how usage affected them.For context, I am a fairly big guy - 187cm (about 6'2"), and 95kg (about 210lb). I tend to burn through my primary footwear in a short time, with most shoes struggling to make it to one year. I walk my dog every day along with a good bit of walking at work, as well as cycling and other personal adventures; I'm quite active and would say I average 3 to 5km a day of walking.What impressed me most about these shoes has been the durability. As early as 5 months after getting new shoes, I sometimes have to use glue to reattach bits of the sole or parts of the body of the shoe that start to come apart - this has been true of Reeboks, Nikes, Timberlands, Merrells and many others. These Sketchers are the first in years to make it through without needing any repair. That includes the inside. Often I find the insides begin to disintegrate as well, with liners coming out and sometimes parts of the shoe rubbing or becoming uncomfortable - these held up fine.The sole did not wear through at any point, or through the process of wearing, expose some hollowed out area beneath (which some shoes have, and which only accelerates wear at that point). They do seem to have a red wear-indicator which you can see at the toe-end of the old shoe's sole. At that stage, it feels like there's maybe a millimetre or so of sole left.And perhaps a small thing, but I'm also impressed with how well the laces held up too. The plastic tips on the end of the laces tend to start coming apart, and sometimes the laces themselves break, but as you can see in the first picture, the laces of the old shoe look almost as good as the new ones.As for comfort, fit and function, the shoe impressed me there from the start. They're very lightweight, and they fit and conform well to your foot. They're comfortable on long walks and/or runs, as well as comfortable for bicycle riding. Wearing them all day in the office is also quite comfortable - they are breathable enough that you don't feel like you're overheating in them.They also clean up very well. I try to take care of my shoes and keep them clean, and despite ending up dusty/sandy or with mud on them many times, you can see from the pictures that in the end, they still cleaned up well and looked good.I would absolutely recommend these - first time in well over a decade I actually bought the same shoe twice because I was pleased with how it held up. Yes, it would be nice if the soles were a bit more durable in shoes, but I think that's a problem across all brands. For the price, this shoe is a fantastic value and well worth the purchase.

Retuned item as it fit very small for a size 14. Shoes came in a brown box and laces were tied in a knot. I suspect they were shipped back several times to Seller due to sizing. All I can suggest would be ordering a full size larger as some Sketchers do fit snug. In my case they felt 2 US sizes too small.

Great product at great price

The item turn up well before due date. I got a surprise from the post office saying i owed money for handling. Not happy about this so i contacted seller and they said they would refund the money I paid out. Very pleased with this. Thank you. ( Only gripe here is that i had to leave work early to collected them , not a door to door service . )As for the sketchers, I ve had them before ( different shop) so i know what to expected and so far , so good. I'm a 8.5 in the foot so i always get a 9 ( 43 ) and they fit great. If they fall apart in the next few days you'll here from me but I think these will be good trainer.So far very pleased.I have had the Sketchers for nearly two months and have to say they are good . I went for a wide fitting and these are . Only thing is the memory foam seems to have contracted Alzheimer lolBut still comfortable .
