DAYTECH Portable Wireless Personal Alarms 1 Portable Receiver 1 Button

Bought this for my partner's mum. Works a treat. They had some fun with it initially, with her keeping the alarm on her person and others in the home using the alarm button to 'call her to them'. She wasn't amused! Having switched things round, everything is perfect. The range is good indoors and the battery life has been fine. The alarm is more than loud enough.

This has been brilliant. I need it desperately as hubby unwell and confined to bed. The sound is great. And now he can press a button which always works and I can go to him. So easy to set up and great value.

We bought this to replace another (discontinued) brand that we had had for five years with few problems. This one was fairly easy to set up, and the range is okay (upstairs/downstairs), but I have discovered one annoying problem. I carry the receiver around the house with me, and it is very easy when picking it up to accidentally press the sound selection buttons so that the so-called tune changes and you then have to pair the two devices again. There are only one or two sounds that are halfway acceptable, so it takes a while to get back to one of them. Who on earth wants to hear accordians? (Or worse.)

Brilliant. Mum has it downstairs & I have the alarm noise upstairs. Great if she needs me at night. Can change sound & volume. Recommend yes.

Brilliant works very well

If you live with a vulnerable person this is a real boon: it means you can be called to assist at any time. It's easy to use, requiting a simple push of a button, and has a good range, alerting even outside many metres away.

Bought for my wife to alert me during the night while she has to sleep downstairs while she recovers from illness. It works really well. I am partially deaf, but have no difficulty in hearing it. Blue lights also flash when it is activated. The reason I gave only 2 stars is the poor choice of music/noises.

Ayuda a que la persona dependiente en casa se comunique con nosotros en otra habitación. Era el motivo de la compra y cumple con nuestras expectativas. Útil. Solo hay que estar atento a las pilas.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Der Knopf ist leicht zu drücken, was uns wichtig war. Der Knopf hat auch eine gute Größe. Man kann leicht ein Band daran befestigen. Sender/Empfänger- Reichweite ist super. Genügend gute Sounds (ich glaub es sind über 50 Melodien und/oder Signaltöne). Laut genug. Empfänger blinkt auch optisch (blau). Alles in allem super Gerät. Was wir besonders gut finden, das es mit 3 AA Batterien funktioniert. Halten auch ausreichend lange. Perfekt, damit sich der Senior melden kann, wenn er Hilfe braucht. Sind angenehm überrascht! 5 Sterne! Einfach top!!!
