I ordered 4 of these washable facemasks for my grandparents (2 each). At nearly £5 a pop they are an absolute rip off for the product you recieve. I expected a good quality thick fabroc, but instead it looks like something a 4 year old would make in school. I'm shocked that someone can sit and sell these masks that probably cost £0.05 in materials and a minute or so to cut out, for this amount of money during a pandamic. It's appaulling

I was very disappointed with the cut, design and quality of these masks. I could make a better one and I am not a very good at cutting and sewing.

Shameful to charge this much for utter crap!DO NOT BUYMade from thin knicker fabric, with no moulding to face. Single thickness material with no stitching. Cut from one piece of fabric including ear loops. Unlikely to last for more than one wear.Absolute Rubbish. I wouldn’t give it any stars!Returned item 2 weeks ago via first class post. They denied receipt and now refuse a refund as I haven’t kept receipt.

Absolute rubbish. A total waste of money . Poor quality , poor fit, DO NOT BUY THESE MASKSTerrible customer service. I requested a refund and I get a message to say they are very busy and will deal with request later. A week on and I still have heard nothing from them.Disgusting service and product Rip Off merchants !!!

Good mask, the only thing I don’t like is the stitching down the middle is uncomfortable on my face but I just wear it inside out

Saw this along with the pics for the money and thought yeah why not. Clearly just another cash grabbing company. Came late, tried cancelling, still came. It’s flimsy, poorly made, barely fits and offers zero protection. It should be removed by Amazon & looked into by trading standards. Won’t be worn ever. Absolute disgrace of a “mask”.Only gave 1 stars because zero isn’t possible
