You know, I used it as a cover for a closet. So far as water resistant, I don't know but I'm sure you should use a liner with it. For the price I think it's suitable and came in a functional amount of time. So happy I got it. Was hoping it would be brighter but the colors arent as vibrant as I'ld probably like for the room. However, I'm shopping via internet and i am so happy this existed in its price range. Happy with the purchase and would definitely do it again.

This is a great quality shower curtain. Still need to use a shower curtain liner but it is good quality and the colors just pop! It really brightens up my bathroom.
