Delicious! Sweet taste, not too overwhelming. They go great with yoghurt or milk. Top up your oatmeal, granola, muesli, corn flakes, etc. For the cherry on top, also mix roasted peanuts. They go great with everything as well. These two are a great combo. To increase fiber, add bran sticks.Sometimes I eat as a snack by itself, or in combination with the peanuts.Love tasting new vegan snacks, specially without additives.

Was great to add to porridge salads or eat as break time

Very tasty salted caramel munch seeds. They are a little pricey but nice for a little treat now and again

Love the Munchy Seeds product. Outside packaging was perfect, but the box of seeds inside was smashed and open, and there were only 11 packs in it, rather than the 12 as advertised (and paid for!). Disappointing and won't be using this supplier again.

Be warned. Do not buy these as part of a health kick.They might seem like a good idea in theory but tbh they are far too moreish for their own good.I mixed them in natural yogurt to begin with but then resorted to shovelling loads into my mouth every time I passed the kitchen which I began to pass a lot more frequently.They are delicious and I am trying hard to resist temptation to buy more

I received this on the 29th of April and to my chagrin the best before date is April 2022. I'm disgusted to have paid £8 on what was a gift to someone, surely there should be a reduction in price for a product that's very much close to past its best especially when it has many portions to consume. Very disappointed.

I really like these and have them on subscribe and save but Amazon keep sending short dated stock. It's 20th March and batch received today is 'best before end April' - so enough that they're technically not out of date yet but it'll be tight to eat them all in time.Will be cancelling the subscription I think and it's not the only Amazon grocery item this has happened with either, so good to check expiry dates in general!
