There's scant collagen in this and certainly not enough active ingredients to make any difference for skin or general health. While 10 grams of collagen a day is recommended for actual benefits, one serving of this has half a gram of collagen and you could consume the entire container and only get half of a day's worth of collagen for your skin. Besides that, the flavor is underwhelming and the added ingredients mediocre.Most liquid water enhancers of equal size to this bottle have quite a few servings but this thing only has 10 servings and you have to use quite a bit for a satisfying drink.The positive thing is this doesn't contain artificial sweeteners and only one cheap preservative, potassium sorbate.The calories for one serving is listed as 10 calories but where those calories are coming from is obscure. There's only one carb which would provide 4 calories and the collagen peptides which constitute protein calories come to less than 2 calories. There is no actual juice, only "natural flavors" which could be anything, including corn sugar derivatives. For most people, none of that really matters but to me, I just wasn't that impressed with the quality of ingredients or flavor of this product and it certainly doesn't have enough stuff in it to give you "radiant skin". You're likely to get the same results from just drinking more water!

This says it’s grapefruit flavor but it doesn’t taste citrusy at all to me. It actually has like a peach candy flavor to it IMO but very very sweet and diet flavor. It tastes like aspartame which is funny because it’s actually sweetened with my preferred sugar alternative, stevia (insert jazz hands). It says that 2 squirts is a serving size and that you can add to a bottle of water. I put 2 squeezes into an almost new bottle of water (I took 1 sip to make room for the flavoring) and it was intensely sweet with a saccharine sweetness. I will probably use half the dose in the future. The taste actually isn’t bad, just not what I was expecting. I can’t say how much it helps with glow. I am taking 2 other collagen supplements so it’s hard to tell if any one thing is making a difference but my skin does look good. It is nice to just be able to throw it in my bag and go.Please hit the button if this info was helpful.

I had alligator skin about a month ago I couldn't take a shower because it was too dangerous to step over the tub, so I waited till the new stall shower was installed. My skin flaked off and looked like leather the first few times. I could use something that can restore the softness and suppleness in my skin and this should do it. I love grapefruit, and so liked the flavor and the addition of vitamin C is just a nice bonus. This should help build up some rough patches still on my forehead and cheeks. It may also help my scalp cause it's in pretty bad shape without getting he regular dandruff shampoos I normally use. I had to go back to my skin doctors prescription stuff to help fix it. Recommended, inexpensive and a need for healthy skin.

I just couldn’t get past the flavor, the intense artificial taste of the sweetener combined with a tepid vaguely citrus hint was very unappealing. Add to that, the slippery feel it gave to my water and I was out.These didn’t work for me.Interesting concept with a lackluster execution.

I did not enjoy the flavor of Zhou Nutrition Glowfluence Water Enhancer. And it probably doesn't help that it has almost a brown appearance in the water. It was hard to get over it looking like I was just drinking dirty water. I like grapefruit so I know that, that isn't what I didn't like about the flavor but I can't really pinpoint exactly what it is either. This may be good for your skin but I don't think I could drink it often enough to ever see a difference with my skin.
