This is great if you are diligent in keeping your grout clean. It goes a long way but is more for touch ups. Good bargain for the price. If you are touching up your grout for the first time make sue you get enough to do the job. After your first or second time you’ll be able to keep your grout looking new.

For the price you pay for this dozen grout pens what's not to like. I was able to do the kitchen floor, entry way, half bath, laundry room and two full bathrooms for less than the price of two of the name brand grout pens. I will try to always keep a box of these on hand.

First I have to say I love the way it is turning out. It takes time, as my tile is small and the grout wide. But it looks SO much better. The tile is cream, the grout dark gray. I have long dreamed of using the bathroom without getting vertigo lolAs many have noted, it is very hit or miss whether pens work well or not. Two things I have noticed that may help:1. The nibs. I didn't think much of the extra nib, which is a chisel point. I figured it would just get chewed up by the concrete grout. For some reason the nib can be the reason a pen doesn't work. I switched out the nib on one to the chisel and it started working great. Better than the round.2. Another trick is to stop, cover the pen, shake hard, remove cap and depress nib several times, just like at the beginning.Because my grout is basically concrete, so I am needing to do a second coat in some places. I have found that it is best to wait and let the first coat fully dry, otherwise the second coat soaks in too.Overall: little quirky but for the price, ease of use, total lack of smell, and increased ability to pee without feeling like I'm on an amusement park ride, I'm still sold.

The media could not be loaded.  I honestly can’t believe nobody has mentioned how incredibly difficult these pens are to work with. They do not cover well. They are sloppy the little tips break. It’s a giant mess. I went through three pens, trying to just get one area finished so it didn’t look really weird. I think the finished affect looks worse than when I began and I wish I had not use this product at all. I read the reviews and the product seem pretty straightforward. The photos I saw looked like they finish the job pretty well. Unfortunately, these pens do not distribute the paint anywhere except your fingers and the tile. As you can see even when you shake it impressed out on the Tip and have some ready to go. It does not cover of the grout. Spent an HOUR covering maybe 2 square feet. Absolute waste.

We were looking for a solution for dingy, dirty grout and looked through the endless options before settling on these pens. The price was right and for a dozen pens they come out to a little over $1 each. Our kitchen gets used a lot and the grout in places was looking really bad. There was definitely a learning curve involved for me to get the application just right but when I did the results were amazing. Reading reviews here that weren't positive there are numerous complaints about the ink not flowing, the tips shredding, empty tubes etc. I had those issues at first but it was user error not the fault of the pens. To start you have to shake really, really hard, press the tip up and down a lot to get the paint flowing and use a light touch when spreading the paint. Following this advice will result in perfect results as you can see in my pictures of before and after.The caveat is the paint doesn't last very long in high use areas. Even with 2 coats it'll wear pretty quickly. However if you apply a grout sealer after the paint dries it'll be a long time before needing to touch up worn areas.

Funcionaron muy bien en casi todo el baño, pero en el área de regadera, no entiendo el porque, no funcionaron, no podían "pintar" las rayas entre azulejos, No pintaron en ninguna parte correspondiente a la regadera. (???) Independiente a ello, realmente se ven nuevas o Muy limpias las áreas donde (rayas entre azulejos) donde si pude utilizarlo.

J'ai utilisé ce crayon pour les joints de céramique du plancher de la salle de bain. Je suis très satisfaite du résultat.
