Nice brushes at a great price! Hope they hold up!

These brushes work great for the Bob Ross wet on wet oil painting technique. And you get two of them for the price of one from BRI. Some reviews complained about shedding. Ignore them. The company states that there may be some initial shedding and to “test run” them so you don’t ruin a painting picking hairs out of the paint. I had no problems with shedding at all & the brushes are fantastic for soft blending. If used as directed(no water) they should last you a long long time. I plan to buy another set so I’ll always have a dry, clean brush handy without constant brush washing.Forget the Bob Ross brand, these are the brushes you’re looking for.

I thought I was getting watercolor brushes, my mistake since the description mention these brushes were good for acrylic, oils, etc. which means the handles are longer than I'm used to. I may cut the ends off to resemble watercolor brushes. The bristles are thick and have spring in them, so I think they will work well with just about any kind of craft.

I like the brushes by the same maker so I saw these knives on Amazon and bought them.

This, for it's use, is a decent brush. I appreciate the manufacturer's honesty in stating that the brush needs a trial-run or test to ensure that any loose bristles will separate; however, I am in my fourth usage of the brush and it is still shedding bristles. Throws more quills than a porcupine so far. Other than that, it does the tasks as advertised. I rate it four stars because I am hopeful that it will have ceasing throwing bristles on the fifth usage.

I was looking for a brush and a set of knives for a landscape painting with Bob Ross videos. The brush is soft with natural bristles and the knives seem pretty sturdy and the perfect size. I have not tried the set yet but but from the initial impression both - the brush and the set of knives are pretty good.
