anyone who's had a migraine knows that no little dab of anything is going to make the pain and other symptoms go away. but i suffer from chronic migraine, meaning that i experience the symptoms at least 15 days per month. most days, the pain is not the shooting, excruciating pain that i had with migraine attacks when i was younger; it's intense and distracting, but i can't spend hours every day in bed trying to sleep off either medication or the attack itself. so i'm always looking for nonmedicinal ways to treat myself throughout the day to minimize the symptoms and their effects on my daily life. the best--for me, at least--is a good ice pack. but besides that, this is one of the best i've tried. if i can keep relatively still and unstressed and i apply a smear from this potent little roll-on, i can often get through the attack for hours before giving up the rest of my day. the smell is strong and soothing, and the feel is cold and smooth. i keep one in a little zipper pouch in my bag along with a few other soothers--some head-on, a little soother-inhaler, and my meds. migraine doesn't stop me nearly as much as it used to.

I love this! It may not eliminate the pain in my temple/jaw joint area, but it sure does feel good when I use it! The mint smell is wonderfully strong and helps me feel better and it rolls on cool and refreshing to distract me from the pain and take some of the edge off. It's really great for when you don't have an ice-pack handy. It may even make pain stop just a little bit sooner - it's hard for me to tell because I usually have a dull pain for a while and then every hour or so a sharp intensity pain comes along for 2 - 5 minutes. I use this when the pain starts to intensify. I bought a double pack right after getting my first one so I can keep one in my purse and one on each floor so I always have one handy. You just have to be careful not to rub your eyes if you get some on your fingers because it will sting briefly if you get it in your eye.

I get multiple migraines a week and this is very helpful. It doesn't take away the migraine, but when I take my meds and go to rest in a dark place with some cool packs, this really helps on my forehead and temples. The nice peppermint and light lavender aroma are relaxing. It is a little metal tube with a roller ball on the tip (kind of like those old roll-on deodorants), but smaller than a tube of Chapstick. The cool metal rollerball which applies/releases the liquid formula onto your skin is cooling on your skin. One has to be careful not to apply too much where it will drip into the eyes when you lay down, as it really burns, so use sparingly. Great addition to relaxation for aromatherapy during migraines!

This works OK - not much different than any other essential oil products I've tried for migraines. Of course it doesn't get RID of your migraine but the blend of oils (very strong scent if you are scent sensitive - but the smell IS the point of the product!) but it certainly helps to take the edge off. If you've ever had a migraine- you know even the tiniest bit of relief is everything. I liked it most because it's tiny - VERY tiny, and very portable so its easy to slip in your purse or a pocket. But the down side could be the same - it's tiny, and doesn't last you long if you use it a lot. But its certainly helpful to diffuse some of the migraine effects and worth a try for some relief.

This product helps reduce headache symptoms somewhat. I've discovered a new use... taking the sting out of mosquito bites. We had an explosion of mosquitos after a recent rainy spell. Every time I go outside, even briefly and regardless of the time of day, I get at least a few really itchy bites. After first icing the bite then applying MigraSoothe, the itch goes away within about five minutes. Even better than cortisone topicals, which I'm hesitant to use. Helpful for headache, excellent for mosquito bites :) It smells amazing too.

I use this when I start to feel sinus or head pain, and most of the time it stops it from becoming a full-blown headache. Sometimes all it does is keep the pain from getting worse, but in most cases it has me feeling normal again in anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. I'm an occasional allergy sufferer, so having this at the ready has been a lifesaver. It has stopped me from having to reach for the ibuprofen bottle on countless occasions. I love it! I also discovered that it helps a twitching eyebrow/eyelid area. I rarely experience that (usually only when I'm a bit sleep-deprived), but it's good to know it's handy for that as well. (You do need to avoid getting it in your eyes, though; it will sting for a bit if you do.)

I get migraines fairly often. If you suffer from them, you know how terrible they can be. This Mygra stick provides a sort of relief, but with me, (and everyone responds differently), it didn't do much. I keep it with me in case, but I also found the scent, (which under ordinary circumstances I'd like), made my stomach feel a little sick, too. Not that it's bad. As I said, everyone responds differently to various products. I did find significant relief from a nose spray for migraines where others may not have. Sadly, this didn't do much for my migraines, but it did help some. Hopefully, it helps others more. When you suffer from migraines, you pray for something to work.

I suffer from terrible migraines (about 8 a month) and while this doesn't get RID of the migraines what it does is helps me COPE with them...... WHat I do is rub the mygrastick on the pressure points where the migraine hurts (i.e.on the back of my neck where the pressure starts building, in the middle of my my temples and between my eyes and the cooling sensation really really helps to DISTRACT the pain away and makes me feel alive and alert. As many of you migraine sufferers know, you feel lethargic and you do NOT feel alert....when you are experiencing a miraine you also feel VERY NASSEOUS....this helps to abate those feelings.... It makes me feel alert enough to continue my work or go on the bus to work or until I Can get to my medication...it actually wakes me up enough so I am coherent enough to do what I have to do. YET, if i take some before Igo to bed, its soothing sensation helps relax me enough so that I can go to sleep....without it, the pain is so great I can't concentrate on going to sleep....I order this stuff at least 8 at a time because I keep it in my purse, by my bed, in mywork bag, in my desk and on my person since it's been a natural Godsend and a great alternative to the many pills I've been prescribed..... You definitely should try it!

I didn't find this improved my headaches but the smell is really nice and soothing

This product really helps with my migraines, I just follow the instructions and recommended suggestions on the box and it provides relief. Every body is different what works for some might not for others. But it works for me.

I never leave home without it.

Does not cure the headache completely, but if you suffer from them for hours like me then this will definitely help you get some relief. Overall I love this product.
