Map is good but need to buy other material to see HOW to get around in Mongolia.

Good quality map. Highly detailed. Worth the money.

Very hard to find good map in English for one of the most remote places earth. My sister in law was born in Ulaanbaatar so had her verify some details.

Finding maps for Mongolia is a challenge. Among a limited selection of readily available maps, this is the best. The eastern half of the country is on one side, the western half on the other, so if you're planning to put this on a wall to plan your Mongolia trek, get two maps. Two maps joined together as such results in one large map approximately 52 inches wide by 27 inches tall. Easy to read. Features a good index, a good legend, and an enlargement of Ulaanbaatar.
