The Kindle edition of the book is a bit of a mess. The table of contents is mostly not linked to the chapters in question, and there are lots and lots of formatting errors throughout. This includes page numbers interspersed in the text, and whole sentences without spaces between words. I wish there was a way to provide feedback to the publishers via Amazon. The book itself is great (I have two earlier editions in paperback) and while it is a bit too focused on explaining classroom cases, it is rigorous and clearly written. So this review is restricted to the Kindle edition, which is amongst the worst I have ever seen.
