Even though 1 of the 2 soap dispensers broke during shipping, I was refunded the full amount of the entire item without having to send back. Things happen and I greatly appreciate the hassle free refund for an item that IS quality made.I chose this because I wanted a simple design for my clean simple bathrooms. I hate clutter on any surface especially those greatly used by everyone who enters our home. I like the transparent glass with the added grooves that provide a sheer feeling when light bounces off of and through it. Despite 1 of 2 being broken, the item does not seem to be fragile. It is sturdy and has some weight to it. The glass is thick (as I observed with the other broken pieces). Great quality and a great price.I guess I should be giving it 4 stars because 1 was broke but truly I don't believe this is a reflection of the product. With so many variables, anything could have happened. If anything, examining the broken pieces let me see the quality of the item and lead me to think it was a shipping mishap. 🤷‍♀️ eh, it happens.

Fast delivery~Delivered in the next day evening! I bought these for my bathroom. One for the hand soaps and one for the lotion. It looks nice and stylish, it's way better than the regular plastic containers that the soaps and lotion come with. Had been using those for a week, great price and great quality! Love that the pumps are stainless. I also purchased the other set for my kitchen! Love it!

It is a very nice and thick soap dispenser. However, it does not come with a pump. I did not know that. I requested a return thinking maybe the pump was forgotten. The replacement came broken and with no pump. Overall, both glass dispensers are very nice just would have been better if they came with a pump.

These are great. Very sturdy pumps and the glass is thick but transparent. I didn’t expect these to be as thick and sturdy as they are. I was missing the pumps when they were first delivered but after contacting the seller they immediately sent an entire replacement, not just the missing pumps. I’d definitely buy from this seller again.

These are definitely a high quality product and they look it. They are very sturdy and are holding up well with two young grandsons using every day. I use one for hand soap and one for hand sanitizer. The glass is sheer and thick and I don’t worry about them breaking with small bumps and knocks.

You get what you pay for. This was a 2 pack and they broke. They look great but they don’t last. Total fail; waste of money.

These look great but quickly fell apart! The nozzle is not connected to the rest of the pump and falls out so frequently that I just took it out. The straw is not as long as what is shown and also frequently comes detached from the pump. So then I have to pour soap out to get the straw out. They are not functional, broke after very few uses and won’t stay together. Save your money and buy something better quality.

The soap dispensers look beautiful and elegant. They worked great for almost a month until the spout fell off of one of them. Normal use, nothing heavy so we were a little shocked it just fell off.
