Warranty Not honored
Horrible experience. Not even a year later and the remote playback stopped working. I got bounced around between Lorax, Amazon, and the vendor, and nobody could help me with getting the warranty information correct to replace the item. Nobody seems to want to take ownership of it, or help me as a customer Lorax even failed to make notes when our technicians called them to try to troubleshoot so if I wanted to pursue, I would have to start it all over again complete waste of time I would never buy another Lorex product!Funny how they are completely out of stock of this machine, so I can't even get a replacement. Makes me think there are a lot more issues with this recorder.

Good for Home Use NOT Business use
It only allows for 6 external users, which is a problem for business users needing to give multiple users access to the system. Even those receiving access have limited access. This is fine for home uses but can be very problematic for business users.
