Great laptop
I purchased a Dell first and it was junk. Sent it back and purchased this HP. Much better laptop. Works great and is fast.

Best for kids
Kids love 2 in 1 touchscreen 360 feature. We were trying to decide between HP and Apple but glad we made a switch to HP because expressing creativity, drawings with pen, reading, interacting with laptop is just so much better. And all our Apple devices still integrate smoothly with this HP.

Great purchase
Great laptop. Everything runs fine. Gave it four stars because it has a little trouble waking back up after being closed. Other than that it's perfect.

So Beyond Happy
My husband and I were looking for a computer to replace our Surface Pro and to give us power, speed, large screen and more -- this computer gave us that in spades! Our computer was delivered earlier than projected and came in pristine condition with the awesome laptop sleeve. It has exceeded our expectations! Besides having to get used to the expanded keyboard with the digit pad (which is great), we have no complaints! Highly recommend!

So Frustrating - The Worst Laptop Experience I have Ever Had
I have had this POS for 4 months. Right out of the box upon powering it up, I get a blue screen and drive C needs to be repaired - (reboot) - Not a good start.I don't know if I got a dud but it freezes up all the time, reboots itself, blue screen errors, the touch screen is a real pain in the A** - The slightest touch on anything, and it goes to that link.It is impossible to finger scroll with this touchscreen without going to 18 links before getting to where you want to go.Lag lag lag, hard drive whining for 30 minutes at a time. ... I got a lemon folks.Really disappointed in this HP... My recommendation is to test drive this sucker before you lay down a G.

Failed in 4 days
Second day out of the box, it blue screened. Rebooted and everything appeared to be fine. Next day it lost the ability to communicate with a wireless router. Looked at updates and it had marked two that didn’t load. Could not get the system to reload so it went back. This was not a Amazon problem but a HP problem. Waiting for the full refund before I find something different to purchase.

Quality stuff
Really quality laptop, no issues with it so far. Touch screen sometimes (rarely) does not interpret touches correctly but digitizer pen works and is of quality. Modifications came as advertised.
