I already cum more than most in volume, I took this kinda one or two days in a row and each time there was noticeably more volume. And more volume was available for 2nd or 3rd times of orgasm. So with 8 pills left of my first bottle of Extendagen, I can come to a early review of this product. I have not noticed significant increases to my volume of ejaculate (however it is possible I have not been drinking enough water), which while it is not the main purpose of this product, could be improved on. However, there is definitely noticeable and significant decreases in my refractory period after ejaculation, meaning I can get mostly erect in maybe 5-10 minutes after ejaculation, when this was impossible beforehand, and that is definitely a very real effect of this product. Similarly, I have noticed that my penis is significantly less sensitive after ejaculation, gets softer slower, and seems to be fatter in a flaccid state. Also, my libido seems higher on these pills than before which may be a good benefit for you. I haven't necessarily noticed an increase in the intensity of my orgasms however I haven't had the opportunity to have enough sex to verify. So absolutely rest assured, these pills are definitely not placebo. For me, the decreases in the refractory period was the primary reason I got these, and considering how effective they are at this purpose, I am happy with my purchase. There could be room to make semen ejaculate more plentiful in order to accompany being able to go for round 2 faster (in which you will need the extra semen!) however this is a very good product that I can recommend if you're looking to shorten your refractory period, which I would argue is something most men would want to do! I will definitely look to get a second bottle.

I noticed an immediate difference in how much prec#m I was leaking. After a couple of weeks and drinking as much water as I can tolerate in a day (everyday); the amount I am ejaculating is obviously a lot more. I use Extendagen to boost my semen volume along with other sexual enhancement products. I feel it adds to my volume and also allows me to be ready to go again rather quick. Price could be lower but it's not super high.

My results were good as it was it did help with libido but not so much with volume. But I'm certainly willing to admit, that may be my fault. I'd purchase again indeed!

So far after a month of use, I do see an improvement in quantity. Looking forward to a second month of use.
