The thigh straps slide down. It heats up great! I rode bike in it and worked out in it at the gym. It's a comfortable fit. I'm 5'4" 165 and got a size s/m. It's just right.

This project does help you slim down and get a better figure. I just don’t like the fact that the waist part is kind of small in width, in the picture it shows the top just below her boobs and it goes down below her hips and above her butt. Mine is literally the width of my hour glass area it’s not as wide as the pictures. So I wear an extra trainer under and a little lower so it covers my kangaroo pouch as well

If your trying to guess what size I’ll definitely say size up. It’s extremely tight fitting so your normal size wouldn’t work for example I order an XL & I clearly could have used a 2xl

The first time I put it on I kid you not after only 5 mins of doing normal household chores had me sweating so much it looked like I was sprayed with a waterhose and my central air was on. Not only does it make you sweat, you see the difference as your using it. I know for a fact I've lost some of this annoying midsection already. It's comfortable and it's made with good material. This does not fit and that’s on me. It’s probably not bad if you know your measurements. With me being curvy it does not fit. There isn’t any stretch for my preference.
