Tiny, very easy to take. Lots of essential vitamins. Useful for anyone on any diet. I don’t notice a taste, but it does smell a little funky. But it’s that B-12 smell, so you know you’re getting your B vitamins!I don’t follow a great diet. I enjoy junk food. But I’ve been vegan for over ten years and my blood tests are always perfect. I can’t guarantee that it’s from these, but based on the fact that my diet has been trash for most of those years, I’d assume that these are a contributing factor.I never go without them.

I been vegan for over 8 years & have taken these for a while now (a few years). I tried out other vegan multis but they’re all really expensive and you have to take 2. This one is really great because you only need to take 1 per day and the price is right! The size is also helpful because I take other medications and these being small helps me take them all at once. My labs for vitamins have always came back normal, and I feel like it is definitely in part due to these vitamins. Thank you!

Love the balance of vitamins and minerals - appropriate for my lady self and my man. Teeny tiny size which I love, and wow, what a bargain, jeez. Gifted some to a friend who struggles with vitamins too! Bit of an odd smell... not bad, per se, but definitely weird. It's one of those confusing smells that isn't exactly pleasing, but it's very enticing... always gotta sneak a lil sniff when I'm grabbing them 🤨.I've bought these several times and will continue to buy them. They can't be beat!

Honestly when I saw the pills, very small.I wasn't convince they had the vitamins and minerals it saids. But they are strong i can get a after taste in my mouth and smell of pee, not sure they have the right amount but it does has vitamins. Great value for the money.
