A total garbage - DO NOT BUY
I was very excited about this machine. I bought it and didn't have an opportunity to use 'til this past weekend (six months after purchase) and what a surprise i got when trying to make it work. It blows the breaker of any 20 Amp outlet. I plugged it to a 5000, 7000, and a 12000 watt generators and it would blow the breakers. I had to buy a 30 amp adapter and only the 12000 watt generator made it work BUT it only worked for 15 minutes because the motor got hot and died. I waited a couple of hours for it to cool down and tried it again and it worked again but only for 15 minutes again. I send a message to customer service and all I got was an email saying that my request was closed because the warranty period has expired. This machine cost me $2,300 (including shipping) plus all the issues to get it working and all of that for 15 minutes of cutting bones. I'm telling you, this machine and this manufacture is a complete piece of you know what... DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Greatly Increased Productivity
We have a medium sized grocery store in Guam. I upgraded to the Kitchenware Station meat saw B-310 from a cheaper, smaller model that we purchased locally. The difference between the two is night and day! The B-310 has plenty of power and can handle a good workload. I used to replace my blade on the old machine every week to week and a half. Two months in and I did not have to change blade yet. This machine performs like a beast for its size.It is easy to clean and has increased my productivity 5X at least. The B-310 is easy to clean. It's a total workhorse, for sure!I just ordered 5 replacement blades which should last a long time. The company even offers free shipping. That's beyond great, considering that I live in Guam and many companies don't even ship to Guam at all.Great machine! Great company! Great staff!

Cutter meat machine
Is not for professional working. The saw when you cut bones moves in zigzag, it’s dangerous.

Extremely pleased. We did our homework
Extremely pleased. We did our homework, even visited a local butcher to talk about saws. We needed a saw that would cut frozen salmon. This came assembled (except for the blade, but that's for safety reasons) & it came with an extra blade. It is incredibly easy to clean. It cuts through rock hard frozen fish like butter. My husband is a commercial salmon fisherman - so far we've cut thorough hundreds of pounds of fish and we haven't had it very long. He says it is one of our best purchases ever. We tried it on semi thawed fish but it works better on the rock hard ones.

Do not buy this sad unless you just want a table saw
Do not buy this sad unless you just want a table saw. This photograph is FALSE advertising— this NOT a floor saw the photograph should ONLY be of the table saw and the name should have Band Table Saw — I had to pay $620 shipping and I believe that to be excessive. I would like a partial refund due to the false picture.

Much better then expected
Much better then expected. It did blow the breaker to the house but then connected it to a 10 gauge extension cord into a Honda 6500 generator and cuts through beef and pork like butter

SAFETY ISSUES - DO NOT BUY!!!
Simply. Ask any electrician, local inspector or someone who works at a electrical supply house….. they will all tell you… “Do not purchase this unit!!!!”We have this unit, never used it and it is still on the original pallet. We cannot use it, because you cannot use it in the USA based on how they tell you to power it up. They say you must use a 40 AMP 110/120 single pole breaker. Good luck finding one. The unit also has a skinny 18 gauge cord that is not rated for the watts/amps they are saying the unit produces.I cannot use this unit and be compliant with any electrical code in the entire USA. They should not sell this model in North America.Unit is not certified for use in North America. It is not UL, CSA or NOM certified. Only has a partial CE certification that is only recognized in the EU. They also will not provide me what is actually certified with “their” CE certification. Even a full CE cert DOES NOT certify use in North America.Several other reviewers talk about the unit burning wires inside the unit!!!!…. Do not buy!! Horrible customer service. All Chinese reps that do not understand the issue.I am trying to return the unit, however they are giving me the runaround.
