I just got this, so time may change my review, but the necklace is perfect. I needed something on the heavy side for an urn charm I own. I can't wear anything with crappy metals in it, plus I love silver. I would love to buy more from this company if a need arises.

Ive had my chain for a long time but it became badly tarnished. I wear it every day & lotions, etc have done a number on it. I couldnt get it clean. The rope chain made it more difficult. It's got a "Lifetime Guarantee" but I wasnt optimistic. SURPRISE> I got an immediate reply from Dean, the Owner of the small business in the US. He replaced my chain & I received it wihin days of his reply. No questions or problems. I will add that I've been a little hard on it but it's sturdy enough to tolerate that too.Dean recommended cleaning tips on his website.Also I have a pendant with a very small bale (ring) that most chains are too big for. Dean recommended one to me & it worked.Both chains are beautiful.I'm very impresssed with this small family business in the USA!

This chain is exactly as described and quite lovely. For the first 3 weeks....then it goes completely black. My own fault, I did not note that it was not rhodium plated, so of course they will turn black. I'm just not sure why they would not plate them all....does anyone want to wear a black chain?
