Bought this to help with my sleep, as seen on TV with Dr Michael Molesley.I take them at night, but they didn't really do anything for my sleep, however, they have helped with my bowels making very regular (I suffer from constipation).Easy to take, can take with hot or cold drinks. No taste, so can add to any drink.

I bought this after watching the Michael Moseley programme on sleep. It took my insides a week or two to adjust to the increased liveliness involved, but now they give me an extra hour-and-a-half each night before my sleep starts to break up. That's maybe 5 hours instead of the 3-and-a-half I was getting before. Add a couple of hours of lighter sleep/dozing and I'm almost back to where I was 20 years ago. I think I wake up less dopamine starved too. They're not cheap and I expect some of the expense goes towards rather wasteful packaging (individual sachets). They're convenient but not very environmentally friendly. I take each sachet with about 50 ml of water every morning - a quick stir and it all dissolves: slightly sweet but largely tasteless.

This is the third time I have ordered these and I do think they make a difference to my health.

I ordered this after a friend recommended it’s effectiveness. I have to say I started it in the night it arrived and I can see the benefits already. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to feel like but for me, I feel lighter, I think my skin looks better also. I did get a little gurgling in my tummy but it only lasted an hour or so. I bought the 3 month supply and truly hope that the I continue to feel as well as I do after just these few days.

This product was recommended by my Functional Medicine doctor as I have been hospitalised several times with SBO. This has helped to keep my stomach balanced and working and I would recommend it for anyone with stomach related issues.
