This thing is great and digs deep. I need to be careful because I have caused bruises with it but it is great for working out shoulders and neck. The heating bit takes a little to warm up but feels great once it does.

Really easy to use; plug-in and start using it but it is heavier than I expected. Generally, I had neck and shoulder pain after each workout. This product performed well and I felt relieved in 2-3 minutes. I think if the heating feature can be higher in temperature, which would be awesome.

I bought this for my mom since she works so much and she loves it. She said it feels so good it puts her to sleep. There is a bit of a learning curve on it, as it's a little tricky to hold and find the right spot, but it's worth it. One word of warning, my sister shoulders are pretty bony and she said it hurt her, so if you have bony shoulders, maybe look into something else

So far it is working well. Easy to use. Quality of fabric and electronics seems to be pretty good. Only recommendation would be that the massagers not stop if you pull or push down too hard on your shoulders or back.

My wife and I both use this . She uses it for her neck muscles to help with her headaches. I lift weights so it’s been great for my back muscles. I also use on my quads .

Overall, the massager performed as expected. Very heavy unit. Less than a month of use, the thing broke. I have tried contacting seller for last week without response, so here is my review. I would NOT BUY this item again.

My boyfriend has really bad neck and shoulder pain, with little relief from basically anything this was amazing. He loves it and it really isn't hard to use, however it doesn't appear to sit comfortably in that position.
