Great for arts and if you are doing layers, it is great to cover up on certain details of paintings also works on canvas shoes

Wanted to start by saying this is by far one of the fastest reviews I have ever posted these pens are amazing the paint flow is astounding I am currently using this on a model car the amount of detail I have been able to make with these pens and no need for a brush this paint also cures pretty quickly for oil these things ware fun and easy to use but beware you only need to dab the pens a few times on paper or something to get the paint to flow going if you press down and hold it, it will gush out it is not a flaw or defect it is just how paint pens work anyways happy crafting I will post a picture at some point of my finished project enjoy I would highly recommend.

I purchased the markers to paint rocks. I did quite a bit of prep sanding and priming to create a smooth surface. I found the marker quality across the various colors varied widely. Some worked well with no paint seepage and spitting paint and others were awful. White was the worst. All were shaken before use. Some required more shaking than others and some had to shaken very frequently. I have worked with other paint markers in the past so there was no over pumping. The coverage or transparency differed amongst the colors. The colors most transparent were the metallics. The brown paints as a transparent copper and the gray paints as a transparent silver. For the pens that worked, the colors went on fairly easily. The drying time seemed to vary between colors of same thickness application. The rough point does not work great in this application of painting rocks as they pull up paint in the overlapped areas with the nib. I also found adding second coats looked sloppy even after the layers were dry. Overall I finished the rocks. I would not recommend these. If you do buy them, wear clothes that can get paint on them

These make rock or ornament painting much easier. No brush or tubes of paint needed! They dry shiny and are a good color saturation for coverage.

Ordered these pens because they were a good price and medium points. A very good selection of colours. Have used these pens several times and am very impressed by them, colours true to barrels/tops and like it says dry quickly. Impressed.
