My husband and I have needed to get more resistance training lately with not being able to go to our gym. These have been a game-changer for our health and fitness. This kit comes with plenty of bands for both of us to workout together along with great handles. One of our favorite things is the door attachment. It works great on any of our doors and leaves no marks!

I purchased these to assist with my physical therapy for rotator cuff repair. My surgery healed 2 months quicker by using these at home IN ADDITION to professional PT. They are very much worth the money and I still use them to maintain muscle use.

These resistance bands are good quality and able to withstand all my workouts. The clips are easy to use and secure. Allows for quick switching of the resistance band strengths during workouts.

Not even three weeks in and already one of the bands broke, and I don’t use them as often as I should. So don’t get them at regular price, they’re not worth it.

Exactly what I expected

I bought these with a discount so for me it really worth the price. However I was expecting a little bit more. The material seems like cheap plastic and even smell like it. They are easy to use and they do allow to perform different exercises with them but I do not believe that the weight is equal to a dumbbell. Probably is the material were more resistent, it would be better. I haven't used it too long for knowing how is its durability but I do not have much faith that it will last much time. However if you find them in a discount, it is a good help for your trainings.

This is the best set of resistance bands I could ask for! And it goes up to a heavy weight. I just opened them up to try them out and sooo happy with them. I'll check back after I've used them for a while. But so far I'm so happy to incorporate these into my home workout split.

For the price, these bands can't be beat. They are easy to use, seem durable so far, and have enough variety of bands to get some decent resistance. Both my wife and I have been using them and could not be more pleased with this product.
