Tasty and convenient
I take these to my office for lunch, and I love the "Asian Memories" flavor. I plan to keep buying it as long as it's available!I did try all the flavors, and my impressions were: the "No Chicken" is surprisingly bland, and the "Mild Spicy" is surprisingly spicy. I LIKE spicy foods and I found it borderline unpleasant. But the "Asian Memories" is in the middle and it's just right.I have a mini kettle at my desk to heat water, and I have had no problem cooking the noodles thoroughly, though I do let it sit for probably closer to ten minutes. Make sure you stir it really well to get any clumps of the soup powder mixed in.If I want a richer soup, I sometimes melt a little chunk of cheddar cheese into it. :-)

Omas Own ramen
Okay. I love this being a low calorie option for a decent snack. I wouldn’t call it instant. I have to boil water, pour the boiled water into the ramen cup and then microwave on and off for a minute. Then I put it in a soup thermos and let it sit for at least 15 minutes - otherwise the noodles have clumps that didn’t cook and that’s not great for digestion. I bought a microwave recently and it performs the same as my old one so I know these noodles just need more time. I’ve purchased these several times and this is always the experience. As for flavor - I didn’t care for the spicy one. It’s just heat - I like the other options better. All of these were PERFECT for when I had to watch my sodium intake. I just added lime juice and low/no sodium seasonings to zazz it up. I’ve added chives and tofu and all kinds of things. But on its own - which I think is the point - there’s not a ton of flavor (salt wise). This is easily remedied. If you don’t have sodium issues - add whatever you’d like - an umami sauce or salt or whatever. If you do have sodium issues - you already know how to add healthy flavors - my preference is lime juice. I’ve gotten used to adding that to everything. These are, in my opinion, a superior option to other “instant” ramens out there. The price is pretty steep tho so I haven’t purchased in a while. When times aren’t so lean, I’ll consider getting these again because I really liked them after I adjusted to my new diet. I recommend them! The only caveat - and this was in almost every single shipment - there’s going to be at least one cup that opened somewhere. There will be powder all throughout the box and on all the other cups. Then you have to search for the cup(s) that opened (it’s usually a small opening somewhere along the rim) and choose to throw away or use it. I throw away - better safe than sorry. Small price to pay for the ease of having groceries delivered.I look forward to purchasing these again in the future.

Two of the flavors are great!
I liked two of the flavors but Grandma’s Spicy Noodles was WAY too hot. I had to throw them away.

Bad packaging and horrible flavor/smell
This package arrived damaged with all the powder inside of the noodle cups exploded all over the box. The powder was leaking and smelled horrible. Amazon and this company does not allow any returns, so this was a complete waste of money. There was a couple of noodle cups I could salvage. They tasted bad unfortunately.

*4.5 stars
4/11/2023 UPDATEI’m updating my review because the seller reached out about the open packages, and I believe good customer service is just as important as the product. I also wanted to add that I’ve found that the flavor is stronger when you use less water than what is indicated. If you fill the cup to cover the noodles but not to the fill line, the noodles cook evenly and the flavor is stronger. I keep going back and forth between 4 or 5 stars, since I don’t want to be disingenuous to my original review but do think this is a good product. After my experience with customer service and some experimenting to increase flavor, I do think I’ll buy this again.4/8/2023I really wanted to like these noodles. They’re healthy and look really appetizing, but they just lack flavor. It’s weird because when you open them they smell exactly like the court boullion at Melting Pot (which I’ve always thought smells amazing)(also I used to work there), but once they’re cooked the smell changes a little and there’s really no flavor. The other issue I had was that at least one of the cups arrived already open, which led to a mess in my kitchen and to me being hesitant to eat that cup.The bottom line is that these are a healthy option if you like easy and convenient noodles, but I’d recommend being prepared to add some flavor (I like adding garlic salt, onion powder, and cayenne pepper). I just don’t know if I’ll be buying again.

Really good
I'm allergic to yeast and wheat. These cup of noodles make camping easy as hell. They're also a good lazy at home snack as well. I've added Shredded carrot and diced broccoli for extra nutrients and it works perfectly. The only down fall, which is a me problem, is that only one flavor contains no yeast and that's the spicy flavor. I don't do spicy but I figure out to put honey in it to make it more mellow for my taste buds. The noodles and flavoring gets kind of stuck together, but if you stir it a few times while it's stewing the soup comes out just fine. So if you need a quick lunch or an easy cooking camping trip, I totally recommend these!

Bland and mushy
Nutrition is great. Vegan high protein. I choke them down for that but every single one needs seasoning c and the noodles get mushy in even less than the 5 minutes they suggest. Sorry not worth it.

Spicy
Spicy and a bit larger than most Ramen CUPS.
