BJU Press Spelling 3 Worktext

My seven year is currently working through this book and I have been very satisfied. It is focusing her on learning the patterns and rules for words without being overly complicated and she enjoys the small tasks like sorting by alphabetical order and picking which word has the wrong spelling. The visuals are also pleasant and keep the book from being too dull without being obnoxious. This is not a book for a child who struggles with spelling, but for one who enjoys words and grasps spelling concepts easily it is a great practice routine everyday.

I was pleased that this came sooner than expected. This is exactly what my 3rd grader needed for spelling. I think it's right on her level.
